How to delete your account

In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete account, or use the button below if you're signed in.

Not signed in? Fill in the request form below — deletion requests are completed within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — photo, bio and leaderboard points
- Your posts, comments and likes
- Your venue reviews
- Your messages and conversations
- Your notifications
- Your upcoming bookings (cancelled, the venue is notified)
- Your venues and everything under them, if you are a host — courts, schedules, packages, discounts, events and payout details
What we keep
Past booking records for venues are kept in anonymised form — only the date, venue, court and amount, so hosts can keep their accounting. Your name, email and notes are removed.
